Nicole - Business Operations Coordinator

Nicole brings a wealth of experience and a warm smile to our team as the Business Operations Coordinator. Originally from Asheville, NC, renowned for the Biltmore estate, Nicole made Nashville her home in 2003. She settled in Mount Juliet in 2008 with her husband and beloved dog, creating a haven where she enjoys the peaceful rhythms of suburban life.

Nicole's interests are as diverse as her skills in office management. She finds joy in travel, spending quality time with her dog, and sharing adventures on motorcycles with her husband. In quieter moments, Nicole channels her creativity into making cards.

Since our office opened its doors in April 2010, Nicole has been an integral part of our team, initially as the Front Desk Coordinator and now excelling in her role as the Business Operations Coordinator. Her dedication to ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care is evident in every aspect of her work.
